ck 77 Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

ck 77 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides slots, live casino, cricket betting and various other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These terms apply to all services, software, websites and mobile applications of ck 77.

By accessing this platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply fully with these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use ck 77's services:

• The user must be at least 21 years old. 21+
• The user must be a real individual and must operate the account in their own name.
• Each person may open only one account.
• The user must use the service voluntarily and of sound mind.
• Opening or using an account while an active self-exclusion is in place is prohibited.

To verify age, ck 77 may request a copy of a government-issued ID, national identity card or passport at any time. ck 77 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration

Users must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a direct breach of these terms and may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of any earned balance.

3.1 Required Information

The following details must be filled in correctly to open an account:

• Full name (as per your national ID card)
• Date of birth
• Active mobile number
• Email address (if available)
• A strong password

3.2 Updating Information

If any information changes, ck 77's support team must be notified without delay. The user is solely responsible for any difficulties with withdrawals or verification caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before making a withdrawal, users may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This may involve submitting a national identity card and proof of payment method. Once the verification process is complete, the user will be notified by email or chat.

4 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account secure. Users must not share their login details with anyone, and must contact ck 77 support immediately if any suspicious activity is detected.

• Change your password regularly and avoid using easily guessable passwords.
• Avoid logging in from public computers or unsecured networks.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
• If multiple people use a single account, it will be cancelled.

ck 77 will not be liable for any financial loss caused by unauthorised access by a third party, unless the user can demonstrate that the security failure was within ck 77's own systems.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ck 77 are processed through secure and encrypted methods. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the same for all methods)
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer
• Deposits must be made from the user's own account only — depositing through a third party is prohibited.
• No additional fees are charged for deposits.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other listed banks)
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Withdrawal requests may be held if verification is not yet complete.
• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met (see Section 6 for details).

5.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, ck 77 may temporarily hold it and request additional verification. If the user fails to cooperate, ck 77 reserves the right to suspend the account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The following general conditions must be met to claim ck 77 bonuses and promotional offers. The specific terms for each bonus will be detailed on its own promotion page.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200, and to withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times, i.e. ৳24,000 must be wagered. This bonus is not given free of charge — it is provided at a set ratio against the deposit.

6.2 Other Bonuses

• ck 77 Weekly Reload Gift: up to ৳8,000, 30% of deposit, 18x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.
• ck 77 Weekend Dhamaka: up to ৳12,000, 50% of deposit, 20x wagering, valid on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Cricket Victory Bonus: up to ৳10,000, 40% of deposit, 15x wagering.
• Birthday Special Reward: up to ৳2,000, 10x wagering, for verified account holders.
• Refer a Friend Reward: up to ৳3,000, 12x wagering.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• A bonus must be used only for the purpose for which it was given.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the required wagering condition has been met.
• If the original deposited amount is withdrawn before any bonus condition is fulfilled, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ck 77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

7 Betting Rules

Specific rules must be followed for both sports betting and casino games on ck 77.

7.1 Sports Betting

• Before placing a bet, check the odds and conditions of all selected events.
• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In a multi-bet, losing any single selection means the entire bet is lost.
• ck 77 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

7.2 Casino Games

• Each game has its own RTP and rules, which are stated in that game's information section.
• Live casino decisions are final and no claims will be accepted after the dealer's announcement.
• ck 77 reserves the right to correct any incorrect balance or payout displayed due to a software error.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, the account may be cancelled and legal action may be taken:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Playing games or placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Manipulating or exploiting vulnerabilities in any game's software.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by providing false information to ck 77 staff.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck 77 platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, data and other elements — is the intellectual property of ck 77 or its licensors. Copying, republishing, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

Users may access the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Downloading, scraping or attempting to reverse engineer any part of the platform is prohibited.

10 Suspension and Termination of Service

ck 77 may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to provide documents requested for verification within the specified time.
• An order from a court or government authority.
• The user requests account closure themselves.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned if fraud is not proven. However, ck 77 reserves the right to deduct any amount where irregularities are found in bonus-related transactions.

11 Limitation of Liability

ck 77 is not liable for the following:

• Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection or device malfunction.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Deposits made to the wrong account due to the user's own mistake.
• Service disruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions).

12 Terms Changes

ck 77 reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered mobile number or email before the changes take effect.
